Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sr. Director of Finance Operations and Manufacturing to lead manufacturing finance across IDT and Aldevron.

This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Commercial to improve cost, capacity, and profitability while building scalable costing capabilities. The successful candidate will bring 15+ years of finance leadership in regulated manufacturing, expertise in product costing, standard

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive Finance leadership experience in manufacturing/ops.
• Experience with multi-site regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior Finance partner to Operations and Manufacturing across IDT and Aldevron.
• Build and lead financial operating mechanisms for cost, capacity, and profitability.
• Design and scale product costing, standard costing, and inventory valuation frameworks.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Commercial, and R&D.
• Support capacity expansion, ERP implementation, and business case development.
• Lead Finance transformation and build scalable processes across the network.
