Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) and Aldevron, part of Danaher, seek a Sr. Director of Finance Operations and Manufacturing to align financial performance with manufacturing excellence across a multi-site network.

You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering and Commercial leadership to improve cost, capacity, inventory and profitability, build scalable costing and reporting, and lead a high‑performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience leading multi-site manufacturing finance teams.
• Deep expertise in product costing, standard costing, COGS and profitability analysis.
• Strong P&L management, inventory optimization, and capital deployment knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Serve as senior Finance partner to Operations and Manufacturing across IDT and Aldevron.
• Develop financial operating mechanisms to improve cost, capacity, quality, and profitability.
• Design and scale product costing, standard costing, and inventory valuation frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks and inform decisions.
• Support capital deployment, capacity expansion, ERP implementation, and business-case development.
• Lead transformation and build scalable processes with a high-performing finance team.
