Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) seeks a Sr. Director, Finance Operations and Manufacturing to lead finance across IDT and Aldevron operations.

You will connect operational performance to financial outcomes, build scalable costing, and partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to drive cost, capacity, and profitability improvements. This on-site role requires 15+ years in finance leadership within regulated manufacturing, with ERP, costing, and advanced modeling

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
15+ years of progressive Finance leadership experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or technical operations.
Demonstrated experience leading multi-site operational finance in biotech/pharma/CDMO/regulated environments.
Deep expertise in product costing, standard costing, cost accounting, COGS management, and profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior Finance partner to Operations and Manufacturing across IDT and Aldevron, connecting costs to value.
Design and scale costing, standard costing, and profitability frameworks across the network.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive capital deployment, capacity expansion, and operating improvements.
Lead transformation initiatives, governance of KPIs, and financial reporting for a complex manufacturing footprint.
