Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in leading large-scale enterprise product programs.
• 5+ years managing teams at the Director level or above.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum SDLC at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers.
• Define and evolve the Field Service operating model.
• Drive high-cadence forums to unblock technical hurdles.

Skills
