Abnormal Security Corp. is seeking a Senior Director of Field Operations to lead and scale a high-impact revenue operations function in the United States.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• 6+ years of experience leading and scaling operations, analytics, or GTM teams, including managing managers and developing leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights for executives.
• Experience designing scalable operating frameworks across forecasting, pipeline health, territory design, and sales process.
• Experience applying AI or automation to redesign operating models.
• Familiarity with GTM systems and data, including Salesforce and related analytics tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior GTM leaders.
• Experience with strategic planning, territory design, and resource allocation.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with strong execution.
• Continuous improvement mindset balancing short-term execution with long-term scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Field Operations leaders and teams; set priorities and build a bench of future leaders.
• Define and evolve the operating model across segments, regions, and channel for scalable, repeatable frameworks.
• Turn strategy into field execution with annual/quarterly planning, targets, capacity, and quotas.
• Own the forecast accuracy and its presentation to executives through standardized processes and AI-enabled forecasting.
• Set the cadence for pipeline and forecast reviews, dashboards, and QBR inputs across the org.
• Drive sales process and execution excellence across the full funnel and channels.
• Guide territory design and coverage models; manage change across teams and regions.
• Partner with RevOps and Systems to ensure GTM tools support field selling and inspection.
• Collaborate with AI teams to launch AI-driven solutions for pipeline precision.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, CS, Channel, and Finance.
