Job summary

Abnormal Security Corp. is seeking an accomplished FP&A leader to drive the Go-To-Market financial strategy across sales, marketing, customer success, and operations.

The role owns planning, forecasting, and resource allocation for bookings, ARR, and pipeline, while building driver-based models and leveraging AI to enhance forecast accuracy. Leadership of the sales compensation framework will also be required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years FP&A leadership in high-growth SaaS with GTM economics.
• Strong modeling, analytical, and executive communication skills.
