Abnormal Security Corp. is seeking a Director of Revenue Systems & Analytics to own the GTM technology stack and executive analytics across marketing, sales, and customer success.

You will design a unified revenue platform, align investments to pipeline and retention goals, and lead AI-driven insights to accelerate decision-making. Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or revenue analytics at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Experience building executive and board-level dashboards that connect the full funnel from pipeline to renewal.
• Experience bringing AI and automation into GTM systems and workflows with good risk judgment.
• Strong command of GTM metrics and definitions (pipeline, conversion, ARR, retention, forecast).
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership: align Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, IT around shared priorities and numbers.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce as the core system of record, plus cloud data warehouse and BI for exec reporting.
• Proven track record owning a multi-function GTM tech stack and delivering a strategic roadmap tied to revenue.
• Experience with Marketo, Gainsight, Gong, Snowflake, Sigma, Workato, and Highspot.

Aufgaben

• Own the GTM tech stack end to end, leading strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Build and maintain executive-level dashboards showing end-to-end performance.
• Lead a high-performing team of systems, data, and analytics professionals.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, IT, and Security to translate priorities into systems.
• Define data governance and metric definitions for clean, board-ready reporting.
• Manage budget, vendor relationships, and stack rationalization.
