Job summary

Temporal Technologies is seeking a Senior Director of Global Field Operations to own field operations across the entire field organization, including Sales, Technical Services, and Partners, across all regions and motions. You will set the global operating model, drive cadence, and ensure consistent standards and dashboards while leveraging AI to scale analysis and automation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Field Operations in B2B enterprise tech.
• Experience owning operations for multiple GTM functions including Sales, Services, and Partners.
• Proven track record across multiple sales motions (new logos, growth, self-serve).
• Demonstrated AI-native working style with hands-on use of AI tools to speed up analysis and automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own the global field operations function and develop regional Field Operations leaders.
• Partner with Sales, Technical Services, and Partner leadership to improve pipeline and productivity.
• Define global operating cadence and specify what is global vs. regional flex.
• Own global pipeline visibility and forecasting hygiene across all motions and regions.
