Abnormal Security Corp. is seeking a Director, Revenue Systems & Analytics to own the go-to-market tech stack and the truth behind revenue. You will lead strategy, roadmap, and a team spanning marketing, sales, and customer success to connect data from first touch to renewal.

You will build executive dashboards, break down silos, govern data, and partner with Finance. This is a hands-on, AI-forward role at a fast-growing, cybersecurity-focused B2B SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in GTM systems, revenue operations, or revenue analytics at a high-growth B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years leading teams and owning a multi-function GTM tech stack roadmap.
• Deep Salesforce expertise as core system of record with data warehouse and BI for exec reporting.
• Experience building exec dashboards linking funnel to bookings, retention and expansion.
• Strong GTM metrics knowledge and ability to defend them to senior leaders; AI/automation in GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end across marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Build a roadmap aligned to strategy and revenue goals, prioritizing impact on pipeline and retention.
• Define AI-first approaches for GTM workflows and dashboards; accelerate informed decision-making.
• Lead revenue analytics with executive dashboards across the full customer lifecycle.
• Break down silos with unified metrics and reporting across teams.
• Partner with Data and Finance on data quality, governance, and board-ready reporting.
• Manage GTM software budget, vendor relationships, and renewals.
• Hire and develop a high-performing GTM analytics team.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to translate priorities into systems and insights.
