Orca Bio is seeking a Senior Director, Field Market Access to lead our U.S. Payer Account Director team and expand patient access. You will shape payer strategy, pricing, contracting, and evidence plans to support commercialization and lifecycle management.

The role oversees market access execution, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs and Brand teams to meet revenue targets and compliance across U.S. healthcare policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant market access experience, including leading payer/field market access teams.
• Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, payer landscape, and access challenges.
• Experience in pricing, contracting, lifecycle management, and patient access.
• Strong financial/analytical capabilities and ability to develop scalable market access strategies.

• Lead the U.S. Payer Account Director team with clear priorities and engagement strategies.
• Integrate market access insights into brand strategy, commercialization and lifecycle objectives.
• Evaluate market trends affecting access, reimbursement, pricing, and contracting.
