Job summary

Orca Bio, a leader in next-generation cell therapies, seeks a Senior Director, Field Market Access to manage the U.S. Payer Account Director team and shape payer strategies across indications.

You will guide market access execution, pricing, and lifecycle plans to maximize patient access and drive profitability. Therolerequires10+ years in market access, MBA or advanced degree preferred, and strong leadership to build a high-performing, patient-focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant market access experience, including leading payer or field market access teams.
• Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, payer landscape, reimbursement environment, and access challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. Payer Account Director team and set priorities and engagement strategies.
• Integrate market access insights into brand strategy, commercialization plans, and lifecycle management.
• Develop pricing and access strategies, including reimbursement analysis and contracting where appropriate.
• Create pre- and post-launch market engagement plans to communicate value and support patient access.
• Establish KPIs, lead analytics, and manage budgets and team performance.
