Job summary

MoonLake is seeking a strategic leader to develop and execute the national field reimbursement strategy for the U.S. launch of sonelokimab in hidradenitis suppurativa (HS).

You will build the operating model and recruit and develop regional and national FRM teams, partnering with market access, specialty pharmacy, commercial and legal teams to establish education standards and escalation pathways. Requires 10+ years in pharma/biotech market access and 5+ years leading field reimbursement teams,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma/biotech market access, reimbursement, or patient services.
• 5+ years leading field reimbursement teams.
• Deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy and payer policies.
• Experience with provider workflows and access programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute MoonLake's national FRM strategy for the U.S. HS launch.
• Build operating model and recruit/develop regional and national FRM teams.
• Collaborate with market access, specialty pharmacy, commercial and legal teams; establish education standards and escalation pathways.
