Job summary

MoonLake seeks a leader to build and head its national Field Medical organization in support of the sonelokimab program. The role will manage six MSLs, define the scientific engagement model, shape KOL strategy and medical insights, and ensure the field medical team operates independently from promotional objectives.

The ideal candidate will have advanced scientific credentials, 5+ years in Medical Affairs with field medical leadership, and a proven ability to launch and scale field medical

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology Medical Affairs experience with field medical focus.
• 3+ years of MSL or field-medical people leadership preferred.
• Strong scientific communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a national Field Medical organization across U.S. regions.
• Define Field Medical strategy, KOL segmentation and engagement model.
• Coach Field Science Leads on scientific exchange, data interpretation and compliant external interactions.
• Establish processes for medical insights, synthesis, and activity planning.
• Lead advisory boards, congresses and investigator engagement initiatives.
