Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics seeks a senior leader to shape the U.S. access strategy, aligning payer engagement, evidence generation, and patient access design.

You will drive innovative solutions, integrate HEOR insights, and collaborate across functions to accelerate coverage and speed-to-therapy while improving the patient and provider experience. The role requires extensive market access experience, cross-functional leadership, and a track record launching products in immunology or biologics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in U.S. market access, payer strategy, reimbursement, or related roles.
• Experience supporting a product launch in immunology, specialty, rare disease, or biologics is preferred.
• Experience developing payer engagement, reimbursement, or patient access strategies across commercial and government channels.

Responsibilities

• Shape market access and UM account strategy with internal and external payer experts.
• Define payer-facing narrative and create materials (value proposition, PIE materials).
• Drive HEOR projects and weave insights into payer engagement.
• Lead development of innovative access solutions and pull-through strategies for regional and custom accounts.
• Collaborate with KAMs, FRMs, Patient Services, Hub, SPs, and Analytics to translate objectives into access solutions.
• Design scalable, customer-specific approaches to address access barriers and reimbursement challenges.
• Shape patient access program design including eligibility, quick-start, affordability, renewal, and conversion strategies.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled technologies to reduce prior authorization burden and automate workflows.
• Develop access and value communication strategies for IDNs and health systems; pursue data contracting opportunities.
• Create payer-facing materials and patient tools to support access and affordability.
• Drive advocacy initiatives with external organizations to reduce treatment barriers.
