Job summary

MoonLake is seeking to build and lead its U.S. Field Medical team to support sonelokimab in inflammatory diseases. You will establish engagement models with KOLs, shape scientific strategy, and drive insights generation while ensuring compliant field medical operations.

Lead a team of MSLs across priority regions, coach on scientific exchange, data interpretation, congress activities, and advisory boards, with CRM tracking and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific/clinical degree required.
• 5+ years pharma/biotech Medical Affairs with field medical exposure.
• 3+ years in MSL or field medical leadership preferred.

Role

Build and lead MoonLake's U.S. Field Medical team supporting sonelokimab in inflammatory diseases. Objectives: establish the scientific engagement model, develop KOL strategies, generate medical insights, and ensure compliant, independent field medical operations.

Requirements

• advanced scientific/clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, NP, PA)
• 5+ years pharma/biotech Medical Affairs experience with significant field medical exposure
• 3+ years in MSL or field medical leadership preferred
