Job summary

MoonLake is seeking to build and lead its U.S. Field Medical team to support sonelokimab in inflammatory diseases. You will establish engagement models with KOLs, shape scientific strategy, and drive insights generation while ensuring compliant field medical operations.

Lead a team of MSLs across priority regions, coach on scientific exchange, data interpretation, congress activities, and advisory boards, with CRM tracking and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific/clinical degree required.
• 5+ years pharma/biotech Medical Affairs with field medical exposure.
• 3+ years in MSL or field medical leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead U.S. Field Medical team across priority regions.
• Define and implement scientific and engagement strategies.
• Coach on scientific exchange, data interpretation, congress activities, and insight generation.
• Develop processes for insights integration into evidence and education.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs on advisory boards and investigator engagement.
• Track field impact via CRM metrics.
