AHRC New York City seeks a Senior Director for Facility Management to lead standard setting, compliance with health and safety regulations, and long-range planning for all sites in NYC. The role offers a $150,000 annual compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

A Bachelor's degree in facility management and 7+ years of related experience are required; Master’s preferred, plus strong vendor management and ability to travel across sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in physical plant administration; Master’s degree preferred.
• Seven+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Proven ability to write reports and business correspondence and present to stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; learn agency-specific applications.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with leadership, staff, and external contractors.
• Must have organizational, multitasking and delegation skills; ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of operating standards and protocols ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Establish preventative maintenance programs and long-range facility planning.
• Guide corrective action plans for audit findings.
• Collaborate on evacuation and emergency response plans.
• Perform on-site residential audits and assess conditions; provide improvements.
• Develop budgets and analyze future expenditures.
• Manage repairs, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Oversee procurement and vendor relations; bid evaluations and contractor management.
• Supervise staff and ensure training; implement inventory/work order systems.
• Ensure timely work orders and efficient staff workflow.
