Job summary

TH Experiential in the United States is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to architect and run the agency’s day-to-day operations. This senior leadership role drives process, staffing, and performance across client work, from intake through delivery and close-out.

You will implement repeatable operating systems, coach leads, forecast capacity, and protect margins while enabling scale and consistency across the team.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in operations leadership in a deadline-driven, client-service business.
• Experience building operating systems and driving adherence.
• Comfort with hands-on work and scalability initiatives.
• Ability to set and enforce standards across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own operating framework across the full client and project lifecycle.
• Lead project delivery from pitch through close-out ensuring on-time, on-margin results.
• Manage hours forecasting and capacity planning across proposals and teams.
• Own project profitability and real-time margin tracking.
• Build dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Maintain weekly operating cadence with clear priorities and owners.
• Develop leads with coaching and scorecards to raise performance.
