Job summary

On Location is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development, Amplify - Production & Delivery to lead client growth across production, creative, experiential, hospitality and delivery capabilities.

You will build senior client relationships, lead RFP responses, and translate client objectives into commercially viable solutions, partnering across strategy, creative, production, and operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a management or senior business development role, preferably in experiential agency or live-events.
• Proven track record leading RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and large client pitches.
• Strong ability to build senior-level client relationships and manage complex corporate accounts.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, production, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of RFPs, proposals and client pitches.
• Own commercial narratives; connect client insight to solution value and timelines.
• Coordinate with Strategy, Creative, Experience Design, Production and Finance to deliver proposals.
• Manage client lifecycle from initial engagement through delivery and post-event review.
