Job summary

Encore is seeking a Director, Event Technology II to lead our Saint Paul venue operations. You will drive revenue, manage labor and equipment, and ensure world-class service for our clients and venue partners.

The role requires strong leadership, AV expertise, and a track record of improving profitability. You will partner with regional management to forecast performance and deliver exceptional event experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• 2+ years of operations/supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with computer hardware.
• Proficiency with computer software including Internet and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and customer-satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profitability for the location.
• Manage labor, equipment, and costs to meet financial goals.
• Review P&L and develop action plans to grow the business.
• Coordinate invoicing and billing with clients.
• Deliver World-Class service and oversee event execution.
• Lead and develop venue operations staff.
