Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Corporation seeks a senior leader to govern and optimize Enterprise Business Services (EBS) governance, master data, reporting, and system support across Finance, Supply Chain, and EBS operations. You will supervise critical ERP platforms, drive controls, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with IT and process owners.

The role requires deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory submissions, with a proven track record in large-scale ERP

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Finance, enterprise business systems, or business operations support.
Experience leading professional staff and building high-performing teams across complex environments.
Subject matter expertise in U.S. GAAP, accounting and financial reporting processes, internal controls, and ERP data flows.

Responsibilities

Leads governance, administration, and operational support of critical business systems, master data, reporting, and business support services.
Oversees financial and procurement system support, financial master data governance, government reporting, and controls.
Provides senior liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to drive alignment on systems, data, and controls.
