Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP seeks a senior leader to drive Process & Performance Excellence across Enterprise Business Services in Houston and other locations. The role oversees governance, analytics, and improvement programs to deliver measurable business value.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape operating models, and partner with Digital, IT, and Data groups to apply AI, automation, and process mining, while managing vendor partnerships and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 15+ years diversified Finance/Accounting experience.
• 8+ years managing leaders of leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the Process and Performance Excellence strategy, operating model, and roadmap for EBS.
• Establishes governance frameworks for process ownership, service performance, continuous improvement, value realization, and enterprise standards.
• Serves as a key member of the EBS leadership team and trusted adviser to senior leaders.
• Defines analytics and insights strategy and partners with Digital, IT, and Data teams to leverage AI, automation, and process mining.
• Oversees strategic vendor and service delivery partnerships and drives measurable improvements in productivity and customer experience.
