Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP seeks an EBS Senior Director, Business Support in Findlay, OH to lead governance and operational support of critical systems, master data, and reporting. You’ll supervise financial and procurement systems, drive data governance and controls, and partner with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and process owners to deliver compliant, reliable services.

You’ll guide system improvements, ensure access governance, and lead regulatory reporting, while coordinating with the EBS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or information systems.
• 12+ years of experience across accounting, financial reporting, and ERP systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and internal controls programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads governance, administration, and support of key business systems, master data, and reporting.
• Oversees financial and procurement systems, master data governance, and controls.
• Partners with Finance, Supply Chain, EBS, and IT to align priorities and enable operations.
• Provides leadership for SAP S/4HANA and related applications reliability.
• Establishes governance, access management, and role ownership.
• Drives incident management, business continuity, and control remediation.
• Leads enterprise governance of financial master data and regulatory reporting.
• Liaises between business stakeholders and technology teams.
