Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Fifteen+ years of diversified Finance or Accounting experience required.
• Eight+ years of experience managing leaders of leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the Process and Performance Excellence strategy and roadmap for EBS.
• Creates governance frameworks for process ownership, service performance, and improvement.
• Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on operating model design and capabilities.
• Establishes enterprise service management and performance frameworks (KPIs, SLAs, customer measures).
• Drives governance, architecture, simplification, and optimization across EBS using Lean Six Sigma and automation.
• Defines analytics strategy and partners with Digital, IT, and Data groups for governance and value realization.
• Oversees vendor relationships and talent development to improve productivity and customer experience.
