Qualifications

15+ years of diversified Finance or Accounting experience.
8+ years of experience managing leaders and cross-functional teams.
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops the Process and Performance Excellence strategy, operating model, and roadmap for EBS.
Creates and maintains governance frameworks for process ownership and service performance.
Advises senior leaders on operating model design and transformation priorities.
Establishes enterprise service management and performance frameworks (KPIs, SLAs, customer experience).
Drives governance, architecture, simplification, and optimization across EBS using Lean Six Sigma and automation.
Defines analytics strategy and partners with Digital, IT, and Data teams to leverage AI and process mining.
