Job summary

Marathon Petroleum is seeking an EBS Process & Performance Excellence Senior Director to drive operational excellence across Enterprise Business Services. You will lead the strategy, governance, and operating model implementation, aligning enterprise priorities with measurable value realization.

You will collaborate with Digital, IT, and Data organizations to apply AI, automation, and process mining, while guiding transformation and talent development within the EBS leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, or Business or related field.
• 15+ years of diversified Finance or Accounting experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing leaders of leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the Process and Performance Excellence strategy, operating model, and roadmap for EBS.
• Creates and maintains governance frameworks for process ownership and performance.
• Leads enterprise service management and performance frameworks including KPIs, SLAs, and customer experience measures.
• Defines analytics and insights strategy partnering with Digital, IT, and Data teams to leverage AI, automation, and process mining.
