• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems required; accounting-focused depth preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, finance, or ERP system operations.
• 5+ years leading professional staff and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and operations for finance, procurement systems and master data governance.
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA and related applications for reliable financial reporting.
• Provide strategic guidance on accounting, regulatory reporting and controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to align priorities.
• Own data governance and security access practices.
