Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Product Strategy Portfolio Lead to define and drive the Advisory Business's product strategy, portfolio direction, and management model across the US. You will own enterprise roadmaps, lead senior Product Managers, and govern the operating model to ensure measurable outcomes.

The role requires 15+ years in product leadership, with strong executive communication and governance experience. It is a hybrid position with in-person collaboration three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in product management/strategy or leadership roles.
• Experience leading enterprise product strategy and large portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise product strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead, develop, and manage Product Managers and teams.
• Govern product management operating model, roles, standards, and processes.
• Own portfolio-level prioritization and investment decisions.
• Align firm strategy with product outcomes at executive level.
• Ensure consistent product discovery and delivery across regions.
• Oversee portfolio performance, outcomes, and risk.
• Drive alignment across products, platforms, and capabilities.
• Represent strategy in executive forums with clear tradeoffs.
