Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks a Technology Strategy Manager to provide advisory and hands-on execution across transformation programs. You will lead strategic assessments, develop roadmaps, and supervise teams through package selections and implementation planning for large organizations.

The role requires 5+ years in strategy consulting, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 40% with a hybrid in-person schedule two days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, CS, or related field; MBA or MIS preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in Strategy Consulting.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills.
• Experience assessing IT organizations – capability to strategy alignment, cost structure, and operating model.
• Experience with package selection, implementation planning and architecture model development.
• Experience with strategic IT assessment, enterprise cloud assessments and roadmap development.
• Can travel up to 40%.
• Hybrid work model requires in-person attendance at least two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic assessments of client technology environments against best practices.
• Develop value-add recommendations and roadmaps to meet client needs.
• Lead teams in selection, design, and planning of implementations for large orgs.
• Build and analyze financial models and complex budgets.
• Coach and develop team members and contribute to thought leadership.
