Grant Thornton seeks a Product Strategy Portfolio Lead to define and lead the Advisory Business's product strategy across the US. You’ll oversee PMs, set the multi-year roadmap, and partner with executives to translate firm strategy into a cohesive, outcome-driven product plan.

You’ll establish governance, drive portfolio prioritization, and scale AI/data initiatives globally. You will lead product management across levels and regions, ensuring consistent discovery, delivery, and measurement

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or leadership roles.
• Experience leading enterprise product strategy and large portfolios.
• Proven ability to build and lead senior Product Management teams.
• Strong ability to make portfolio-level tradeoffs and influence executives.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the enterprise product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap across the full product portfolio.
• Lead, develop, and manage Product Managers, including hiring, structure, performance, and career development.
• Govern the product management operating model with defined roles, standards, and decision rights.
• Own portfolio-level prioritization and investments balancing value, risk, and capacity.
• Align firm strategy with business priorities and product outcomes in executive forums.
• Ensure consistent product discovery, delivery, and measurement across pods and regions.
• Oversee portfolio performance, including outcomes, value realization, and risk.
• Drive alignment and dependency management across products, platforms, and shared capabilities.
• Represent Product Strategy in executive forums with clear recommendations and tradeoffs.
• Operate within a global delivery model to scale strategy across regions and teams.
