Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership exposure.
Proven ability to lead large, distributed engineering teams.
Deep expertise in software engineering principles and modern architectures.
Experience driving modernization, automation, cloud adoption, and productivity improvements.
Experience leading AI-enabled engineering practices and SDLC automation.
Strong grasp of risk, security, and governance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple software engineering organizations and collaborate across technology domains to deliver strategic outcomes.
Establish and execute engineering strategies for scalability, resiliency, security, and developer productivity.
Define and scale SDLC standards and modernization initiatives across teams.
Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures, automation, observability, and efficiency practices.
