Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience.
• In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items.
• Proven success delivering complex, multi-team programs at scale and on schedule.
• Experience developing or leading large cross-functional teams of technologists.
• Deep expertise across API design, AWS cloud, CI/CD, containers, event streaming, observability and databases.
• Experience leading multi-organization adoption of AI-enabled engineering operating models with governance.
• Understanding of responsible AI risk, controls, and resiliency/security expectations at scale.
• Experience leading complex projects from design to testing and operational stability.
• Experience hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.
• Mastery of Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery methodologies and hands-on coding.
• Extensive practical cloud-native experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple technology and process implementations across departments to achieve firmwide technology objectives.
• Directly manages multiple areas with strategic transactional focus.
• Sets and scales multi-department AI-enabled engineering strategy and SDLC/TLM automation.
• Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to drive cross-domain reuse and measurable outcomes.
• Provides leadership to teams across platforms, divisions, and lines of business.
• Acts as primary interface with senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives.
• Manages multiple stakeholders, complex projects, and large cross-product collaborations.
• Influences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams.
