Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• Experience leading technologists to solve complex technical problems.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations at scale.
• Experience leading multi-organization adoption of AI-enabled engineering operating models.
• Deep understanding of responsible AI risk, controls, and resiliency expectations.
• Extensive cloud-native experience, including building and operating services on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technology and process implementations across departments to achieve firmwide technology objectives.
• Directly manage multiple areas with strategic transactional focus, balancing speed, risk, resiliency, and cost-to-serve outcomes.
• Set and scale multi-department strategy for agentic AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation to drive firmwide objectives.
• Drive cloud-native platform modernization across teams, including Kubernetes-based enablement and production readiness practices.
• Lead infrastructure-as-code adoption using Terraform for compliant provisioning across environments.
• Define multi-region cloud architectures to improve availability and recovery objectives.
• Apply knowledge of the SDLC toolchain and CI/CD automation to increase throughput and reliability.
• Partner with security to strengthen cloud identity and access practices.
