Responsibilities

• Build and lead the engineering team; own the engineering organization for Dependency Explorer end-to-end, hiring, structure, culture and performance.
• Drive the platform roadmap; deliver core platform build-out including data ingestion, dependency graph modeling, developer surfaces, and firm-wide integration.
• Build an AI-first engineering culture with AI-enabled SDLC, validation guardrails, and scalable automation across teams.
• Lead with influence across the organization, representing engineering in cross-functional discussions with security, risk, and platform partners.
