Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years leading technologists
• IAM expertise including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and token-based authorization
• Experience securing agentic AI systems and defining authentication/authorization for non-human principals
• Familiarity with agentic integration standards and enterprise governance considerations
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Extensive cloud-native experience across multi-department programs

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technology and process implementations to achieve firmwide objectives
• Directly manage multiple areas with strategic transactional focus
• Set and scale multi-department strategy for AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation
• Apply SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to drive cross-domain reuse
• Provide leadership and direction to teams across platforms, divisions, and lines of business
• Interface with senior leaders and executives to align objectives
• Manage complex projects and large cross-product collaborations
• Influence peers and senior stakeholders across business and technology teams
