Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items.
• Experience developing or leading cross-functional teams of technologists.
• Experience leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering practices across teams, including defining operating expectations and measuring outcomes.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use, governance, data sensitivity and security implications.

Responsibilities

• Leads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives.
• Accountable for decisions that influence resources, budget, and operational execution.
• Sets direction and governance for AI-enabled engineering and SDLC automation across a technical area.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to improve automation and scalability.
• Drive the continued development of the Software Defined Branch platform and related systems.
• Operate with enterprise-scale precision and deliver solutions across multiple businesses.
• Influences senior stakeholders and peer leaders across technology and product teams.
