Job summary

Vetsource is seeking a Sr. Director, Enterprise Data & Analytics to lead the enterprise data organization and make data a trusted business asset. You will drive data strategy, governance, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve product performance and stakeholder value.

Remote, full-time role with collaboration across product, security, and technology teams. You will mentor leaders and build a data-driven culture, delivering measurable improvements in data quality and business impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data engineering, analytics, and data platforms.
• 8+ years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record delivering production AI/ML capabilities.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and data governance.
• Ability to communicate with executives and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise data strategy aligned with priorities, product strategy, and roadmaps.
• Lead Data as a First Class Citizen initiative with standards and measures.
• Partner with leaders to identifyhigh-value data opportunities and translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Define and report data health and value measures (quality, timeliness, adoption).
• Lead analytics and BI teams to deliver trusted metrics, dashboards, and models.
• Develop data foundations for AI, predictive analytics, and AI governance.
