The role guides data as a strategic asset, driving product insights and business outcomes across engineering, BI, and AI—while partnering with executives to ensure governance, quality, and value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience across data engineering, analytics, and data platforms.
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and leaders.
• Proven track record delivering production AI/ML capabilities with governance.
• Ability to align data strategy with business goals and executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication of complex topics to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise data strategy aligned with company priorities.
• Lead data engineering platforms, integration, and data health metrics.
• Direct analytics and BI programs, build data products for internal/external customers.
• Develop AI enablement foundations with governance, MLOps, and control frameworks.
