The Search AI Company is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Data to lead the transformation of our data ecosystem and governance. With $2B annual revenue and growth toward $4B+, you will own data strategy, platform evolution, MDM, and a federated governance model across the global enterprise.

You will bridge engineering and business, building a data product mindset, ensuring SLOs, uptime, and catalog discoverability while enabling real-time decision making and AI-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of data leadership in large enterprises.
• Experience in B2B organizations with $1B+ revenue scale.
• Proven track record of data migrations and major MDM implementations.
• Strong business upside articulation to C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable data platform and roadmap for multi-billion enterprise.
• Transition to decoupled data architecture and data-as-a-product mindset.
• Lead data governance, observability, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Scale data teams and establish a hub-and-spoke operating model.
• Drive real-time analytics, federated governance, and data monetization.
