Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Data to own the end-to-end data strategy, architecture, and governance across HR, payroll, and insurance. You will unify data lakehouse platforms, drive AI-ready datasets, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Data/Software Engineering, Information Systems or related.
• MBA or executive experience preferred.
• 15+ years in data architecture, engineering, analytics.
• Experience leading large multi-brand data organizations.
