Job summary

Gap Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Organizational Change Management to lead OCM and Learning & Development for a multi-year enterprise-wide transformation.

You will drive adoption, develop training, and measure value realization, partnering with HR, IT, PMO and Communications to land changes across people, processes and technology. You'll build a high-performing OCM/L&D team, establish governance, create stakeholder strategies, and define KPIs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in organizational change management and learning & development.
• Experience designing enterprise OCM and L&D strategies for multi-year programs.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional team management, and executive partnering.
• Data-driven with KPIs, dashboards, and insights to drive action.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated OCM and L&D strategy aligned to program milestones and outcomes.
• Build and lead a high-performing OCM/L&D team of practitioners, designers and change communicators.
• Establish governance, rhythms, and standards for change execution and measurement.
• Partner with PMO and Tech to embed OCM in delivery cadences and releases.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and value realization; manage risks and issues.
