Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Organizational Change Management to lead enterprise OCM and Learning & Development for a multi-year transformation. You will partner with HR, IT, PMO, and Communications to ensure adoption, capability, and value realization across programs.

You will build a skilled team, establish governance and standards, and craft change communications while measuring outcomes and sustaining impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in organizational change management and learning & development.
• 5+ years leading large-scale transformations.
• Enterprise OCM and L&D strategy design and execution.
• Strong leadership across cross-functional teams and change networks.
• Experience partnering with executive sponsors and communicating at all levels.
• Data-driven approach with KPI dashboards and insights to drive action.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated OCM and L&D strategy for IndigoX aligned to milestones and outcomes.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of practitioners and change communicators.
• Establish governance, rhythms, and standards for change execution and measurement.
• Coach leaders on sponsorship and behaviors; serve as trusted advisor to sponsors.
• Own change management execution including stakeholder engagement, readiness, and communications.
• Oversee learning design, measurement, and reporting; drive capability building and enablement.
