Job summary

Gap Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Director to lead Organizational Change Management and Learning & Development for a multi-year enterprise initiative.

You will drive adoption, build capability, and measure value realization while partnering with HR, PMO, IT, and Communications to land changes successfully and sustainably. You'll lead a team of OCM practitioners and L&D designers, establish governance, and coach executives on sponsorship and behaviors.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in organizational change management and learning & development.
• Experience designing enterprise OCM and L&D for multi-year programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and change networks.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and leadership: own integrated OCM and L&D strategy aligned to milestones.
• Change management execution: manage stakeholder engagement, impact & readiness.
• Learning & Development: design curricula and oversee delivery across modalities.
• Communications and engagement: craft messages and drive adoption across audiences.
• Measurement and value realization: define KPIs and monitor outcomes.
• Operations: standardize templates and reusable assets for waves.
