Job summary

Gap Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Organizational Change Management who will lead the OCM and Learning & Development for the IndigoX program across the enterprise. This role partners with HR, IT, PMO and Communications to drive adoption and measure value realization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in organizational change management and learning & development.
• Proven success delivering enterprise OCM and L&D for multi-year programs.
• Strong leadership building cross-functional teams and change networks.
• Expertise in change methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, CCMP).
• Ability to partner with executive sponsors and communicate up to C-suite.
• Data-driven KPI definition, dashboards, and insights actions.
• Excellent storytelling, facilitation, and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated OCM and L&D strategy for IndigoX aligned to milestones and outcomes.
• Build and lead a high-performing OCM/L&D team of practitioners and change communicators.
• Establish governance, rhythms, and standards for change execution, learning delivery, and measurement.
• Coach leaders on sponsorship and behaviors, advise executive sponsors.
• Own comprehensive change strategy including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and communications.
• Define personas, journey maps, and adoption paths across audience segments.
• Scale change champion networks and provide leader toolkits.
• Embed OCM in delivery cadences with PMO and Tech.
• Oversee risks, issues, and reinforcement strategies for sustained change.
• Own L&D curriculum design, delivery across modalities, and certifications.
