CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development to lead and integrate the enterprise-wide BD strategy across all segments.

This role provides strategic oversight, governance, and alignment of activities to win, expand, and sustain business with customers worldwide. The selected leader will drive growth, align cross-functional teams, and ensure the organization captures high-value opportunities across DoD, international, and adjacent markets.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in business development.
• 15+ years in defense/aerospace.
• Strong understanding of the Department of Defense customers and acquisition process.
• Secret Security Clearance.
• Proven track record of sustained business growth and leading large programs.
• Understanding USA acquisitions process and capture management.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall business development strategy across the company.
• Ensure alignment of BD efforts with corporate strategy and market needs.
• Oversee capture management, pipeline development, and customer engagement across units.
• Drive enterprise growth, identify high-value opportunities, and guide investments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align BD with execution capabilities.
• Develop future BD leaders and ensure accountability and results.
