Job summary

The role defines target-state capabilities, operating models, and process redesign priorities aligned to the AI product roadmap, ensuring seamless translation of strategy into execution.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in business architecture, 5+ years managing teams, and deep experience in AI-enabled product governance within a complex organization.

Qualifications

Experience translating enterprise strategy into capability models and operating models.
Proven ability to lead AI-enabled or data-driven product initiatives.
Strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams across functions.

Responsibilities

Set vision and standards for business architecture and operating models.
Lead process redesign and continuous-improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Align AI product roadmap with capability gaps and process pain points.
Ensure KPIs and AI adoption metrics feed into the enterprise scorecard.
