Job summary

Guidewell's Transformation Office seeks a Senior Director, Business Architecture and Process Excellence to translate enterprise strategy into a sequenced program of change. You will lead two disciplines, ensure a single source of truth, and align capabilities with the AI product roadmap.

You will report to the VP of Transformation and Performance, build leadership bench strength, and govern KPIs/AI adoption metrics in the enterprise scorecard while guiding senior executives.

Qualifications

• Experience translating enterprise strategy into capability models and process redesigns.
• Management experience leading a multi-disciplinary organization.
• Ability to translate between business architecture and process disciplines for executives.
• Experience with AI/ML product concepts and adoption metrics.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and standards for the business architecture practice, including enterprise capability maps, target-state operating models, and process/data ownership maps that other TO functions and the business rely on.
• Lead process excellence and oversee redesign initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Align AI product roadmap with capability gaps and process pain points.
• Ensure KPI and AI adoption metrics feed the enterprise scorecard.
• Develop leadership bench strength across disciplines and manage multi-team org.
• Represent disciplines in steering committees and governance forums.
