Job summary

Florida Blue, within GuideWell's Transformation Office, seeks a Senior Director of Change Management to design the target-state operating model and drive behavior change and adoption across large transformation initiatives.

You will lead a consistent change management methodology, partner with AI Enablement and business architecture teams, and ensure change readiness is measured and reflected in the enterprise scorecard.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of organizational change management or related experience.
• 5+ years of direct supervisory/management experience.
• Bachelor's or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience designing operating model changes (org structure, roles, decision rights).
• Experience applying a structured change management methodology (Prosci ADKAR or equivalent).
• Ability to build trust across senior stakeholders and communicate difficult messages.
• Comfort operating within ambiguous, evolving organizational structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead operating model design for major transformation initiatives translating changes into org structures, roles, and decision rights.
• Own enterprise change communications strategy including leadership narratives and town halls.
• Lead behavior change and adoption programs with training, coaching, and change champions.
• Run change impact and readiness assessments and tailor approaches by stakeholder group.
• Ensure readiness and adoption metrics are reflected in the enterprise transformation scorecard.
• Collaborate with AI Enablement and Business Architecture leaders to build the people plan for AI/process/product changes.
• Develop leadership bench strength across operating model, communications, and training disciplines.
• Represent change readiness in steering committees and governance forums for go/no-go decisions.
