Job summary

GuideWell’s Transformation Office seeks a Senior Director, AI Enablement to own the enterprise AI strategy, prioritization, and delivery capabilities. You will lead both the AIM and Automate functions, shaping the enablement program, governance, and adoption metrics across the enterprise.

You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to align AI initiatives with business priorities, build talent capacity, and ensure measurable value from AI-enabled transformations across GuideWell.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale AI/automation initiatives.
• Experience owning end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects from strategy to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Owns AI enablement strategy and operating model.
• Leads AIM and Automate functions; drives ROI and adoption.
• Represents AI enablement in governance forums and steering committees.
