CVS Health is seeking a senior Agile leader to drive enterprise delivery across government programs, leading 10–12 Agile Practice Leads and managing a $35M–$50M budget. You will partner with Engineering and Product teams to accelerate value delivery, influence enterprise strategy, and promote change management for sustained Agile transformation.

The role requires 10–15+ years of experience, including 3–5 years in people management, with demonstrated budget stewardship and SAFe/Waterfall

Competenze

• 10–15+ years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in people management with 5+ direct reports.
• Experience budgeting 30M+ and delivering complex, multi‑team programs.
• Proven track record implementing Agile practices in large, cross‑functional settings.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall delivery approaches.
• Ability to influence enterprise strategy and lead large transformation initiatives.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and growth mindset.
